Welcome to Croydon Writers! We are a long-established group, meeting on the second Monday of each month (except August and December) at 7.30 p.m. in St Mildred’s Centre.
Our aim is to offer a supportive space for all writers, young, older, those starting out and the more experienced, to come together to share and develop their writing . All genres are equally valued, from fiction writing (novels, short stories, screenplays) to poetry, creative nonfiction and travel, writing for publication or for the pleasure and therapeutic benefits of self-expression through the written word.
Monthly meetings are varied and sociable. We hope you enjoy what we have to offer!
